A few quick honest answers

Is there a monthly fee for stylists?: No. You pay 9% on each deposit, only when you book.
Can clients tip on the platform?: Phase 2. For now tip in person, your choice.
What if a client cancels?: Their refund depends on your written cancellation policy. The deposit goes back through the same Stripe payment intent so there's a real receipt.
Premium subscription tiers?: Off at launch. We'll roll out Plus and Pro once the basics are dialed in, and the price will be visible up front.
