Private address until confirmed

The stylist's exact address is hidden until you've paid the deposit AND the stylist has confirmed your booking. Neighborhood-only until then.

Deposits with a receipt

Every deposit flows through Stripe with a real payment record. If something goes sideways, there's a path back. No Cash App, no Venmo, no "I never got it."

House rules in writing

Cancellation, late, no-show, guests, kids, pets, parking. You accept the stylist's policies at booking. No surprises.

Verified reviews only

Only clients with completed bookings can leave reviews. No bot stars. No fake influencer hype.

A real dispute path

If something breaks down, the CultChair team reviews booking records, payment history, and the stylist's policies to decide what's fair.
