My deposit didn't go through.

Check your card statement first — sometimes the charge clears even when the page errors. If it's been more than 24 hours and you don't see a booking in your dashboard, email us with the stylist name and the date you tried.

The stylist canceled. Where's my refund?

Refunds run through the same Stripe payment intent and post within 5-10 business days. Check your dashboard receipts page; if it's missing, email us.

I'm a stylist and Stripe says my account isn't ready.

Open /dashboard/stylist and click "Continue Stripe onboarding." You'll usually need to confirm a bank account and an ID. Stripe pings us once you're good.

I think a profile is fake or stolen.

Use the Report page below. Include the stylist's URL and what looks off.

I need to dispute an appointment.

Open the booking in your dashboard and click "File a dispute" — only available within the dispute window (usually 24-48 hours after the appointment ends).
